The rule integrates forms required under the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA) and Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA), as well as requires confirmation of borrower delivery and receipt. LoanPort provide a secure and traceable mechanism for the collaboration around the Closing Disclosure. MyLoanPort is the mobile app that facilitates this disclosure process.
